Day #5 Customer Journey

This time students where asked to create a video of a customer journey. Mamacha recorded a video of  their future hotel lobby and the others created a video of a real life service.

The teams decided to make one video together of their final thoughts after successful completion. Day #10 Upload your team spirit!

Today's program was all about testing and finalizing a lot of work. LosQuatros We are feeling stressed, relieved and even bit sad simultaneously as this course is coming to an end. Todays testing was a magnificent way of acquiring honest aspects and opinions from outsiders. As a team we have got to know each other well and thus became stronger as a team. The following picture represents our teamwork.
